Biography

Born on May 18, 1987 in Kazan.

In 2009, he graduated from Kazan State University.Ulyanov-Lenin, specialty "state and municipal management".

In 2012 he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences.

In 2013 he graduated from the Kazan Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (CUI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation) with a degree in jurisprudence.

From 2008 to 2015 – specialist of the 1st category, leading specialist, head of the department of MU "Financial Management of IC MO G.Kazan".

From 2015 to 2020 – Chief of Staff of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Department of Food and Social Nutrition of Kazan".

From 2020 to 2021 – Head of the Accounting Standardization Department of the Centralized Accounting Department of the MCU "Department of Education of the IC MO G.Kazan".

Since 2021 – Director at the MCU "Center for Accounting services of Municipal institutions of the city of Kazan".
