<p> In the last three years, 610 apartment buildings have been completely renovated in Kazan. Iskander Giniyatullin, deputy head of the Executive Committee, announced this at the staff meeting. The pace of work is planned to increase: it is planned to renovate another 765 apartment buildings for a total amount of 8.24 billion rubles in the next three years. </p> <p> «In 2026, we will begin the next three-year cycle of the overhaul. In the last three years, the overhaul affected 160 thousand Kazan residents, which is more than 600 apartment buildings. In the most locations, these works were combined with landscaping of courtyards, allowing achieving a synergistic effect», – said the Mayor of the city. </p> <p> In 2026, it is planned to overhaul 163 apartment buildings in the city. As many as 2.89 billion rubles will be allocated for these purposes. The program provides for the replacement of 11 elevators in five buildings, the repair of heating systems in 56 buildings, the renovation of 56 roofs, the repair of facades in 48 apartment buildings, as well as the insulation of facades in seven buildings. Design and estimate documentation will be developed next year for a number of apartment buildings included in the 2027 program. The work is being carried out on the selection of general contractors for both construction and installation work. </p> <p> In 2025, more than 4 billion rubles were allocated for the overhaul of the apartment buildings. </p>
